I have seen Dr. Kiani for aesthetics for some time. She is wonderful. Very caring and precise. I recently made her my PCP and could not be happier with her attention, bed side manner, and care. Her recommendations were well thought out and her referrals on point. It’s nice to have so many services in one practice. It takes away the searching that is hard for many of us.

On my first visit, I felt I met an excellent, skilled physician who listened intently to begin a treatment strategy. I left without any prescription so I am elated they arent pushing them. I am 59 yrs old and take zero medication and hope to keep it that way!

After moving to Roseville, my wife and I had been excited to meet our new family doctor. We both left with smiles on our faces and look forward to continued care from the ZEAM team. Very smooth process in receiving treatment and getting referrals.

All of the medical staff at this practice are polite and professional.My experience with Dr Hanif was better than most drs I’ve seen. He took the time to listen to my concerns and medical history. He asked questions and really listened to my responses. He addressed my in office concerns and I was referred for follow up care out of office for other things. He told me the entire medical system is under stress and to just call about my referral if needed. Very grateful for the kindness and professionalism here.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The office setting is comfortable and the check in was easy. I was taken back to meet with the doctor shortly after I arrived. Dr. Kiani was very kind and made me feel at ease. I am very happy I chose Dr. Kiani for my healthcare needs.

I have new health insurance after being with my previous insurance plan for most of my life, so I was nervous about finding a new provider. I did a lot of research and decided on Dr. Kiani and ZEAM Medical. I appreciate ZEAM’s website and their practical approach in presenting the care options they provide, which is why I chose them. My 1st appointment was just to establish myself as a new patient, but it was so reassuring. Dr. Kiani is kind, she listens and provides sound medical guidance. I didn’t feel rushed, nor did I leave the appointment with any concerns. In fact, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and my mom to tell them about my wonderful experience! Care was OK. but the admin dept that sends the coding for billing is not responsive. they use quest for blood work but cant seem to get the coding correct for insurance to cover it. when quest sends the request letter to them they seem to ignore it forcing me to follow up.

I felt heard by Dr. Hanif. He took his time to listen to what I had to say about my son and took appropriate action. Truly grateful to this Dr.

Dr. Sarah Kaini is amazing! She does my botox and I love that she doesnt over do it to make an extra dollar. She gives me her recommendations, I can still move my eye brows... and now, my fine lines and wrinkles dont even exist. She is very professional and easy to talk to. I needed a new PCP (primary care physician) and I found Dr. Hanif. I scheduled a new patient consultation and I felt so comfortable with him. I loved the exam room I was in. It didnt look or feel like the typical exam rooms of most doctors I have been to. It was very beautiful. Dr. Hanif is very nice, easy to talk to, and he listens. He is now my new PCP going forward.

It was easy to get an immediate appointment. Dr. Hanif addressed my concerns and referred me to the appropriate doctors for followup. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I recently changed doctors to Dr. Hanif and Im very satisfied.

Finally! After a lifetime of anxiety, severe mood swings and raging behavior, Dr. NNaemeka Anosike got me on the right track with meds. I was never diagnosed as bi-polar but was prescribed them since 1998 and they never helped. Zeam Medical Group is great, Dr Nnaemeka took time to adjust and readjust meds until it was right. Now I get great care from caring people and am able to live a happier more stable life.

Office staff are friendly and helpful. You can schedule online on the portal but to cancel you have to phone, which is frustrating.

This office is a joke! They do NOT return phone calls and/or text messages. I was referred to this office for a primary care for a family practice office to a NP, Jennilyn Banal, and upon arrival I was told to fill out a packet of paperwork (which is fine) but then REQUIRED to give them my credit card for the copay. Which I also didnt think anything of. Upon being admitted back to see this Dr, I get taken into her office and we start discussing all sorts of things. It was about halfway through my apt that I notice she is a psychiatrist and not a primary care Dr. But I figure, hey, Im already here and so we continue to discuss my health. The very NEXT day I get a charge in my bank account for $340 from Zeam Medical so I immediately call them. They assure me that this is for my Dr visit because my insurance supposedly didnt cover the visit. I was upset, but what could I do? Fast forward 3 weeks, I talk with my Insurance and they ALSO PAID AN ADDITIONAL $300 TO ZEAM MEDICAL. Ive been trying to get someone to call me back from this office for weeks, with no response. Nobody answers their phones and they are adamant that they will not issue a refund. What a scam! People beware of this shady practice and do NOT give them your credit card information. I still have yet to receive a call from them...

I’ve been seeing both Dr. Hanif And Dr. Khan for a few months and I’ve been enjoying every moment of it. Both doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, and welcoming providers. This is my first time in my literal life where the medical professionals were actually listening to all the pains and aches. The worst experience I have ever had with a Dr.’s office!! I was a new patient assigned to this practice by my new insurance. Perhaps their aesthetic is why they show good reviews . Dr. Kiani wasn’t bad but the office staff is very un personable. The front desk guy doesn’t greet you in fact seems put off that you are there! If they don’t do their job properly and you have to call them for help you can’t get an answer or a call back! They also claim to not have any supervisor you can speak with due to their lack of follow through. These google reviews are either fake or negative reviews have been paid off.

I absolutely adore Dr Sarah Kiani. I’ve seen her twice now and she’s very thorough and competent. She is punctual, actually listens, is personable and empathetic to my concerns. As a ER Nurse Practitioner, I am definitely particular about my medical provider. Dr. Kiani is awesome and I will not hesitate to refer my patients to her from the emergency department.

Your lady receptionist today was SO incredibly rude to my pregnant wife for absolutely no reason. She was on speakerphone. Very very disrespectful and uncalled for. She wasnt rude to you at all. I appreciate Zeam’s offerings but I wish appointments could be scheduled online. I’ve been okay with calling during business hours but it just seems like too many touch points to get one thing done. For some people….this can be a problem when you’re looking for help with mental health.Outside of that- I really enjoy my therapist. I find that it’s like speaking to a friend with medical and psychological knowledge. I’m not going to post her name because I’m not going to do that to myself or her. Mental health work is “work”. It’s always a gamble depending on your needs, schedule, and financial capabilities. Stars don’t always align. If you are here because you want to know how the medical professionals are, it’s 5-stars from me. If you are here because you want to know about the administrative capacities…I say 4-stars with room for improvement.

Introductory consultation w/ Dr M Hanif. Took care of immediate med needs (transfer from Bay Area CVS to Roseville) and arranged for med records transfer from PAMF - Sutter / Fremont. Old school private practice office vs. the usual large scale clinic that is so common these days.

This medical group cannot keep anything together and their service is an embarrasment to not only the medical staff but also the Dr.s themeselves. I have been on a waiting list since November 2021 to see a specialist. I finally received an appointment in September, 10 months later. I was booked for a intake session 1hr 15 min. My appoint it self was 45 Min. I had already been improperly billed 2x by this office and had to drive down to the location for a check redeeming services. They were now billing me for part of a session I never had I was then booked again for this Dr. 3 weeks later( supposed to be 2 wks.) I was told the morning of the appointment that my Dr. No longer wanted to work those days and she was canceling all her patients. Well, I would be charged if I did this. But o well moving forward I was then booked 1 and a half weeks later. The Dr. NEVER showed up for the appointment. I waited in a zoom session for 25min. I called and reported it to the office as well as calling the office 2 other times to talk with the office manager regarding their problems with efficiency. Those calls were never returned. On a Saturday night the no show Dr. Texted me 2x telling me she could do the appointment right then or I would be charged for the no show I screen shotted all of my pictures of me waiting for her In a zoom. Then of her texting me at inappropriate hours for an unscheduled appointment. She the then told me she could do a phone call for med management. I did not accept this. I was also prescribed 1 of my meds at 100mg. The wrong dosage the wrong amount of time to take daily. And a prescription from a P.A I had not seen in over 3 mo. I dont kbow about you but I do not want this Dr. As much therapist or managing any of medical needs. I waited for a follow call regarding this incident Monday morning. There was no call. I called them the told me they would investigate the incident I am still waiting for a Dr. A follow call and. Med review. I would avoid this medical practice and their therapist themselves seem incompetent and unstable.

This was a great place to go for a general check up. The staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. Dr. Kiani took the time to listen to all of my concerns and took action immediately on the things I wanted to get checked out.
