Dr. Cousineau was friendly, professional and I felt at ease with her immediately. She never made me feel like she had a foot out the door during my appointment and again, I stress, very friendly and professional! The positive reviews I read about her before making my decision to see her were spot on! The staff was polite, friendly and also very professional. This was equally as important to me as the doctor. (Patients hear EVERYTHING while waiting both in the waiting area and in the room AND have more interaction with them than the doctor a lot of the time.) My wait time was minimal, less than expected actually and that was very refreshing. Overall I was impressed with Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics.

I had two back-to-back appointments starting at 7:40 and I was done and pulling out of the parking lot at 8:35. Dr. Mahoney is always awesome. Quick and painless exams. I always have such good conversations with him. Great bedside manner.Love this practice.

I scheduled my appointment over two months ago to have my mammogram and Pap smear done on the same day. My mammogram was at 2:40 pm and I arrived at 2:25 pm. I was taken back almost immediately and did not wait for more than five minutes. I was back in the waiting room by 2:45 to wait for my 3:00 pm appointment. When I was still not seen by 3:30 pm. I went and asked the front desk when I would be seen as my appointment was 30 minutes ago. I was told there were no rooms available and there were three doctors working. I sat back down for another 15 minutes, and by now it was 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. It was then I noticed that three other clients were called back to be seen. I went to the front desk again and was told I could reschedule. I also noticed several nurses coming and going in and out of the door to the exam rooms - they even propped the door open with a garbage can! I have had this appointment for over two months and it was deliberately planned that way. I was finally called back at 3:50 to be seen. My nurse was rushed and went through my chart again- which I filled out online to avoid this extra time. I was finally seen by my doctor one hour after my scheduled appointment time at 4pm.I have been to appointments and waited, but this was not acceptable. My time is just as valuable as that of others and I had to rearrange another appointment due to this one being so far behind and I was going to be charged a late fee for not being on time, which they graciously waived due to the above explanation.I do want to note, that this is not the norm for this practice, but this time was completely unacceptable. My mammogram was even done early. When appointments are scheduled months in advance every effort should be made to stay on time. I expect a 15 minute wait, but an hour, no.Please do better.

In the beginning I had a really good experience. The last two appointments, wait times have been ridiculous. Each time I’m asked to undress and then left in the exam room for over an hour, with no clothes on. It’s very uncomfortable and poor customer service. Just paid an $800 bill but can’t get proper bedside manner. Incredibly upsetting all when you’re here due to postpartum depression. My appointment was at 3:40. It’s now after 5:00. Once the front desk was so rude to me I walked out in tears. They were mad that I didn’t bring a paper up with me. Didn’t know I had to. I’m not on the administrative staff payroll here.

The staff were extremely helpful and very nice! I was running a little behind and they were still very accommodating and allowed me to continue with my appointment. They answered all my questions and Dr. Chen listened to me and gave me great feedback.

I usually am very happy with the care at Eastside Gynecology. Today was not good. After more than 30 years going to Dr. Nehra, the staff scheduled me with a different doctor. When I checked in, they gave me the different name. I told them that was not my doctor. Somehow they squeezed me in but 55 min later, in my robe, I’m still waiting to be seen.

Ladies please find somewhere else to go.When Dr. JOANA BARTH, MD pulled the speculum out my vagina, she pulled and pinched tissue out along with it…. this was very painful!!!!. May I add, the nurse or assistant gave me two swab sticks to swab the inside of my vagina myself for a BV TEST! 😮 I know this is against protocol.The doctor apologized for the vagina pinch but no ma’am no ma’am,I won’t be back.Plus they forgot I was in the lobby waiting to be seen after arriving 10mins before my appointment time.This place has definitely changed since 2022.My vagina and I are going somewhere else next time🥹😔

All the staff was pleasant, I got called back in a timely manner for both of my appointments, and the ultrasound tech was very informative and eased any anxiety I had about the mammogram. Dr. Hamby of course is awesome and is genuinely concerned about your well-being, tends to your wants/needs, provides quality care, and is just an astounding doctor. Every visit has been a great experience in both of her offices.

It was my first time going to a gynecologist ever and I was so extremely nervous. I booked an appointment with Dr. Mahoney, who is a male, which made me a little more nervous. Let me tell you though, he is absolutely the best doctor I’ve seen in a while. Within the first minute of our conversation my nerves dissipated and I felt so extremely comfortable being seen by him. My mom came with me and after my visit she even made an appointment to be seen by him, he was just that great. So happy I was referred to his office and am looking forward to my next appointment! 100% recommend Dr. Mahoney!!

Always a pleasure with professionalism and promptness for 20yrs of being serviced. I will always highly recommend Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics. I have had the opportunity to be serviced by the midwives during 2 of my pregnancy, Dr. Blunden ( Happy Retirement) , Dr. Chen, Dr. Hall , Dr. Knapp, Dr. Abundis and for 10 years Dr. Mahoney. Thank God the same office and seeing staff change, retire and growth of new services offered. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been seeing Dr. John Knapp for almost 30 years! He delivered my first child and he’s been my OB/GYN ever since. I don’t believe any woman enjoys these visits, but I feel that Dr. Knapp helps it to be a little more comfortable, less awkward, easy to talk to. It’s nice that I can schedule my mammogram and 20 minutes later, see Dr. Knapp too, knock it all out in about an hour.

Dr. Hall and her staff exemplifies the model practice for excellent customer service. The attention and support is priceless. This office as well as the surgery center has provided stellar service and I am proud to be a patient here. Thank you for the work that you do! It is needed in the community.

I have a scar from two open heart surgeries. The mammogram tech took extra care to make sure the scar wasnt pulled. She positioned me to ensure my comfort. It was very much appreciated.

Dr Abundis is amazing—she’s fast, gentle, and has a great bedside manner. All the staff was very nice and professional, and my concerns and questions were all met with patience and consideration. They even giggled at my silly jokes :-)

I was referred to this practice by a friend.After having a negative experience with my previous gynecologist, I was understandably apprehensive.However, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, as well as the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.My physician took the time to listen to my medical history and asked relevant questions.I was able to get my annual checkup and have my labs drawn, and we also scheduled some imaging tests that will be done in-office.I am very impressed with the level of professionalism, communication and follow-through at this practice, and I am happy to be a patient here.

Friendly receptionists, Dr Chen Nurse April was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Chen is as before informative and explained things to me. I would highly recommend a visit here.

I have never been to a medical facility where everyone is extremely pleasant. Dr Chen knew it’s been a while for this kind of visit and as he doing his job he keeps talking to you to make what he does most pleasant. Highly recommend

This is my third child with Eastside Gynecology and I am having the exact blissful experience from the first time I walked in. I love everything about this place from the reception, to the midwives (they are the BEST) to the ultrasound techs. I’m always heard. I’m always comfortable!! I would suggest this place to ANYONE seeking OB/GYN care!

I have seen almost every doctor at this practice and have never had any complaints. Both of my children were also delivered by two different doctors at this practice as well. Each doctor specifically listens to my concerns and they all have wonderful bedside manner. I would 100% recommend any of the doctors at this practice.

For my mammogram was on time the ladies there were amazing. That apportionment was scheduled for 10 my appointment for Dr. Nehra was scheduled for 10:20 as of this post still waiting to see him

My appointment was for 8:40. I was taken back at 9:21. I wasn’t seen by a doctor until 9:51. Doctor left at 9:59 after doing my pap and breast exam, not answering questions, obviously not caring about how I was doing (after a previous visit of asking more questions and the doctor telling me to google my questions).Much like the rest of the US, seems like they only care about you if you’re pregnant.

I had a follow up appointment for 2:40 I Arrived there 2:33 went to the desk waited in the lobby almost 1 hour then I was taken to the room with my blood pressure asked me what I was here for. Told her a follow up appointment there I sat in the room until until, 4:22 I Was just about to get up and ask somebody what was going on that I’ve been sitting there almost 2 hours when doctor Nehra finally came in apologize that my file was put somewhere else He left and then returned with the correct file I shouldn’t have waited that long in the room before finding out what was going on The front desk needs to make sure that these files are put in the correct area

Great staff everyone was so nice and professional. I really liked the tablet where i could fill out all my medical info. fancy upgrade from pen & paper. My Dr. Was very professional & knowledgeable about testing and genetics. I was very comfortable with the Nurse &Dr during my Vist. Overall a pleasant experience. Grateful for the staff and office for all the hospitality. All questions & concerns were answered and everything went smoothly and on time. Thank you again

Staff is friendly and courteous. Wait time is very reasonable. I also like Dr Hall I feel that she listens to me and is sincerely concerned about my healthcare

If I could give this place and their drs a zero, I would. The worst experience ever, you will wait an hour at each every appointment before being seen, if not longer, if you miscarry, they have NO sympathy. After finally getting comfortable with a dr, she decided to not show up for surgery. Just avoid this place at all cost!!

I was scheduled for a bone density test. The receptionist ( not sure if that is her job title) was extremely friendly and courteous. The woman that did the bone density was great. First time in a very long time that I left a Doctor’s office feeling good.

My old practice, where I had my first daughter, had closed and had selected this location due to its proximity to my home. When I was booking my first appointment to confirm my pregnancy, they said I had to book a second appointment to have a one hour meeting with an OB. I asked if I could combine these appointments and was told no. Went in for my first appointment, the staff was friendly. Huge office, little overwhelming, since I came from a much smaller office previously. The nurse was nice but she kept pushing for me to get a PAP and I only wanted to confirm my pregnancy and get the blood test done. I didn’t mind getting a PAP another day, I just had my grandfathers funeral to attend that day and was pressed for time. Once the midwife came in, she said I did not have to get a PAP today and it’s not a problem at all. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. When I was checking out to make my other appointments, they wanted to see me an additional two times in the same month. Once for my ultra sound and then another visit with the midwife, on top of my hour visit the following week with an OB. I asked why they could not combine ANY of these appointments and the response was just that’s how they do things, they have limited availability… I have a full time job and a daughter, who was the time to come in FOUR times in a month when they’re not even considered high risk for their pregnancy? I found a new office who combined everything into ONE VISIT!To sum it all up, friendly staff, not accommodating with your personal time though and for this reason I would never return.

I really enjoyed and am appreciative for the great customer service!!! It’s been a great appointment from setup to the actual appointment! All the staff are pleasant and friendly and that means a lot! I will definitely recommend my female family and friends!

I came for help with some personal issues, and confirmation of a diagnosis that was given through another physician, I needed that advice and I trust my GYN so I needed to hear hear her say what was previously told to me , The staff was great , I was seen in a timely manner and was given some options that I was unaware of so I feel that it was worth the trip and glad I have this office as a health resource.

My mammogram appointment was at 11:40 & I was taken back a minute or two after signing in. My tech was fantastic…I’ve used this group for years, my daughters do too & other family members. Staff is professional & kind & we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I love that midwives are finally abundant. When I had the midwife from Eastside Gynecology every detail was covered and I didn’t have to worry at all. Thank God.Now I am back again and getting all the old people tests, but with the newest technology.The waiting room is comfortable so if you do have to wait a bit, it is worth it!

I truly love this office. My doctor and nurses were so friendly and made me feel at ease. The office gets you in quickly and not much of a wait in the waiting room.Wish I had found this office long ago, maybe I wouldn’t have pushed away having physicals.

Clean Comfortable facility. The staff was very nice and polite. My Doctor (Knapp) is the best as he genuinely cares about his patients and their health and thats rare.

The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. It’s sad because Dr.Chen and Dr. Knapp are great doctors, the ladies in the back that do blood work, AMAZING, but the nurses, midwives, and rest of the staff horrible. No compassion and a different Dr. every time. No one knows your history, they had my blood drawn for pre eclampsia 3 times just to say I didn’t have it, as I was struggling with every symptom you can imagine. Finally one dr I never met that delivered my baby to turn around and tell me you have it and have to get treated during labor. My doctor from their office also didn’t know I was at the hospital after calling their office a few times. Then the wait…I waited an hour and a half for a only 5 min appointment and had to leave and reschedule, then the dr had came up to the desk and gave attitude because I told her they had wasted my time. The refill line for anything, never works. They just say make another appointment. I’m not making 3 appointments In 3 months to just refil birth control. They didn’t mark record of my last pap and tried saying I needed another one after JUST having one done a month prior. I could go on and on, this place is a joke.

Dr. Hall is a wonderful doctor. She is undoubtedly the smartest person whenever she walks into a room. I appreciate her knowledge, expertise, and wisdom.

I love Dr. Chen. I’ve been with him for a few years now and he always looks out for my needs and concerns. The office is clean and the staff are nice. When I was pregnant, they were awesome!

When I went to place my urine sample inside the cupboard hole there was also someone else’s urine sample still sitting in there. I actually had to move the other sample over so that both of our samples could fit. I went to tell the nurses and they said ok and just continued doing what they were doing. There was no sense of urgency to move the samples. This is definitely not sanitary and I was disappointed.

I haven’t had the best experience the second time around during my pregnancy. A lot of the doctors and nurses are rude and impatient. I’ve had scares about my health due to miscommunication on their end. Very few nurses and doctors are pleasant and understand my situation but my overall experience hasn’t been the best.

All I can say is wonderful things about Dr. Cousineau. She is so compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. The front staff is also very friendly and welcoming. When booking a surgery the team was so helpful. I truly cant say enough wonderful things about them. It is very hard to find a great doctor these days and Im so lucky to have found her and this practice. I live 20+ minutes away and its entirely worth the drive. If I could give you more stars - I would. Im so thankful.

Great place.. I felt safe, comfortable & ok. I was terrified & the nurse & Dr. really helped me . I’ve never been to a better place or seen a better Dr. Doc was kind, gentle & knowledgeable.. I actually didn’t feel uncomfortable & I wasn’t hurt or in pain when I left ..

I have had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Dr. Knapp, Dr. Mahoney, and Dr. Chen in recent years. I also saw Drs. Hall and Abundis when I was in my teens/early 20s and always felt comfortable with them as well.

I was SO nervous going to a new Dr but I had a great experience! The nurse was very talkative and made me feel comfortable. And Dr Hamby was wonderful. She is so intelligent and answered all my questions. The only thing that was strange was people kept coming into the room. Once when I was talking to the nurse and she stopped them saying she’s using the room. And another time when Dr. Hamby was performing the Pap smear. But other than that I am happy I found Dr. Hamby!

I was very happy with my visit. The doctor was very thorough. My testing went extremely well. The tech was amazing. Would recommend others to this practice

Ive been a patient for over 30 years! First with Dr. Bluden, and now with Dr. Chen. All my babies were born through there, and I couldnt imagine a better place! I recently went through a hysterectomy, and he did a great job (no pain at all). He allows me to share my concerns and answers all my questions! The staff is amazing as well, always being so kind with a smile on their face!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have tried this practice on two different occasions, years apart and had the same experience but got worse. They already are uninviting, rude and treat you like just another number from the front desk staff to the medical assistants to the doctor. They require someone else to be in the room during a papsmear, so if that makes you uncomfortable I definitely wouldnt go here. And DR HAMBY IS EXTREMELY RUDE. She acted as if I was bothering her with my questions and research on a condition that she had elementary knowledge on. Then when I call the office manager to complain, she said she would investigate but never called me back. This place operates as a low level V factory (use your imagination, I dont want this post to get flagged). But they simply DO NOT CARE and I would suggest that you find a better suited place with care providers that actually CARE

Dr. Haidar was extremely nice and very professional. Easy to talk to and concerned about me and my issues. Office staff was very pleasant and very timely.

Easy online appointment booking for new/current patients. Dr. Chen was prompt with meeting appointment time. Office staff was friendly. Eastside Gynecology offers many services, including lab and mammogram.

Dr. Chen has a fantastic bedside manner, thoroughly explains everything, and puts you at ease. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I left feeling that I understood my medical condition well.

Was not pleased when I was In your Roseville office seeing Dr. Hall. She questioned why I was back so soon. She said to me you were just here 3 weeks ago what can happen in that short of time. Very rude!!! Talked her about a script she put me on. Told her it gave me high blood pressure. She said it couldnt have. She was in there for maybe 5 min. I think I will be finding a new GYN!

Dr. Hamby has always taken excellent care with any concerns had. Very professional and takes the time to explain everything.

I was here 7 months ago with a horrible experience and here I am again with an even worse experience. I came in nearly two weeks ago with vaginal irritation and symptoms of what seemed to be UTI/yeast/BV since I’m prone to all of them. Well doctor said my urine was fine and I was a tough case because she couldn’t really see anything except the slightest sign of BV but not enough to cause symptoms. So she went ahead and prescribed me antibiotics for a UTI anyway since I had the symptoms and also antibiotics for BV. She sent my urine out for a culture. I got the culture back and it said abnormal for white blood cells and couple others but didn’t suggest I had an infection? So that’s confusing no follow up call. Now here I am well over a week later went back to see a different doctor there two days ago because nothing got better and I have the most severe burning and itching I have ever had. Now once again I’m told nothing is showing up under the microscope but she goes ahead and gives me an antifungal for yeast. It’s been two days since I took it and my symptoms are progressively getting worse. Diflucan usually works fast for me but it’s not even working. I can hardly walk or go about my daily routine. I been bawling my eyes out on the floor screaming. I am swollen with a lot of discharge and I am on FIRE. I am lost and extremely pissed off with the doctors at this office. There’s gotta be more that can be done.

I’ve been a patient for about 25 years now. Love Dr. Hall. She’s seen me thru many things over the years from a C-section to partial hysterectomy to annual visits and everything in between. Booking appointments is super easy now online and I love the text alerts. The only complaint is the waiting time. Took me about 45 min just to be called from the waiting room at the Roseville office.

Staff is always kind and welcoming. Dr. Mahoney is the best of the best!

I have been going to Dr. Knapp since he became a Dr. I love him. He’s funny, he listens to you and answers your questions and offers helpful advice on many health issues.

Carmen lafia was very kind and professional with me for my first Pap smear. The nurse was also kind and made me feel comfortable while I waited for the doctor.

Love Dr Knapp!!! Hes been my GYN for ages now. Hes professional, kind, congenial and knowledgeable. The mammogram and office staff at the Roseville location are wonderful, as well. They are efficient and very friendly. The facility was clean and the atmosphere low key and relaxed.

I really like this doctors office especially compared to the last place I was going to. They make me feel like they really care and does what’s best for the patients. I’m happy I found them! Every doctor or midwife I have seen has been friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate that!

I was in and out within 20 mins. My exam wasnt the most glamorous service , however, Marlene was kind and personable. I appreciated her treating me like a patient and just not another appointment.

From the moment I went to the doors to go the checkup room, I felt like went there forever. The staff was kind and helpful as it was my first time there. I give this office five stars because as a woman having these exams is nerve wrecking enough. 🩷

I delivered my twins with Dr. Lafia and the entire pregnancy process with her was truly amazing and she has a no nonsense approach to pregnancy and women’s health in general. I loved that the office didn’t make me rotate all the doctors and let me stick to who I was comfortable with so she knew my situation best. That being said, all doctors in the practice are great and they always have one on hand at St. John which made us feel much better while in the hospital because we know they all communicate with each other. Also, if you are having an issue and call the nurses station they get back to you VERY quickly. Don’t go anywhere else!!

The only reason I’m giving them a two is because of their wait time. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and then they leave you sitting waiting and waiting and waiting for my mammogram and Pap. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. That’s a long time that’s a long time !!!! Other than that Eastside gynecology is a wonderful place. All the doctors are wonderful. But they definitely need to figure out a system to where we should be. Maybe an hour doesn’t last 2 1/2 to 3 hours. !!

Such a professional and efficient office. Some procedures can be really uncomfortable and the staff does everything they can to make you feel comfortable.

I only had to wait five minutes for my appointment. The information that was needed on the chart went very smoothly. And Dr. Nehra is the best.

Found out I was pregnant possibly in my tube after a follow up from the ER I seen DR. Hall she was really just straight to the point had been trying to get pregnant and it was really a sad moment for me and my boyfriend hoping that it was just they couldnt see my baby she just was like before even getting the scan done you definitely wont be going to work today already was confirming that the results were not going to be different a very insensitive experience didnt even give me recommendations to come back to have a baby after finding out it was a tubal pregnancy I can tell shes been in practice a very long time but her bedside manner just wasnt well walked out of there thinking I did something wrong for this to happen.....

Dont go here unless you want to wait an hour for a doctor just for a 10 minute appointment. Dont go here unless you want to be treated like trash. for some reason they double book people and send them to confirm pregnancy at their location that doesnt even have an ultrasound machine. You go to an appointment to confirm pregnancy just for this office to not even give you bloodwork to confirm HCG levels. this place has been a joke i had my son 3 years ago and theyre still trash. there are much better options for an OBGYN than this place.

The office was very clean and the pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist was cheerful and polite. Dr. Hall was very efficient , professional and thorough with little to no waiting time. My check out, was very smooth. The nurses and staff were all pleasant. I Definitely would recommend this practice.

This was my first visit. I had some real concerns and was very nervous. Dr. Benjamin Chen took the time to talk with me about my issues then discussed course of action prior to my exam. I had a lot girly problems and the doctors there make sure I was fine they care about me and make me feel like a part of the family. I feel so comfortable when I’m there they get you in and they get you out. no long wait at all.

I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic going through Gratiot and 13 mile, to which I apologized. I waited almost an hour to be called in, while several people that came after me were called (I am keeping in mind that they were probably on time for their appointment). While I’m waiting a couple of other patients walked in and apologized for being late but did not wait more than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room. After being called in to be seen, I was in the patient room for almost an hour before the doctor only saw me for maybe 6-7 minutes, I want to say 5 minutes because that’s what it felt like. Dr was rushing out of the room while I was asking some questions and trying to clarify a couple of things. My entire visit was two hours to only be seen by the doctor for no more than 7 minutes for my annual. I do want to point out that my nurse assistant was great. I don’t usually post negative reviews, in my lifetime I’ve posted one other negative review it was for a restaurant. I believe a good relationship between you and your doctor is important, listening to your patient is key and everyone’s time should be considered valuable.

All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr Abundis was very professional and personable. She explained what she was going to do and then came back into the room to tell me when I should see her again. I was very pleased with my care there.

My first time here was with Dr. Hamby. It was about an hour wait and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room. I had never had a Pap smear before and I was told by the nurse I was going to be walked through it. Dr. Hamby did not. It was rushed, cold, and unpleasant. She did not tell me what was going on or much less talk at all for that matter. She walked out immediately without a goodbye. I left feeling extremely violated!I do not recommend her as a doctor! The receptionists and the nurses were all extremely nice though.

I used to see Somerset years ago & haven’t been back since she retired. But Love Dr Knapp & I guess everyone else does also, because it seemed like he was the only doctor there?! I wasn’t called back until 35min after arrival & I was late to work. Good thing this is only once a year. I’ll take a day off or 1/2 day whenever I have to return. Staff was great! Nice down to earth young ladies, so I wasn’t too bummed being late for work! 🙂

Great services and doctors. Not so sure about the billing. You pay before your seen and then the doctor can bill something totally different and instead of them giving your money back it’s a credit this is the third time this has happened

Was able to schedule two tests and being seen by doctor all on the same day 20 minutes apart. After my mammogram they put me in my exam room in a timely manner but I had to wait 45 minutes before the doctor came in to examine me.

Been going to this practice for over 20 years. They always make the visit as quick and comfortable as possible. Everyone is nice, efficient and respectful. Dr. Chen is great as he always takes time to answer any questions and explains everything in detail.

I was going to start coming here because I found out I was pregnant. I started heavily miscarrying and called a couple times, each time with a long wait list, just for triage not to answer. They called me back and got me in the next day. But ofc the miscarriage ran the course it was going to. I came in and after, the Dr wanted me to come in for lab work and a follow up appt. So when I left I specifically told the lady at check out to cancel my appt for the upcoming intake, first ultrasound, and more. I got a text the next day reminding me of the ultrasound the next day. So 1st) kind of insensitive. And 2.) guess how many times I tried calling, how long I waited for no answer, and messages I left to cancel an appt that should have already been cancelled. Im wondering if I will deal with the other appts in the upcoming future. When I should have been resting I get a ultrasound appt reminder for the ultrasound I just cancelled. Thanks for more unnecessary pain I guess. Pattern of being extremely difficult to reach.

The staff at Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics are so kind and compassionate. I really love my Dr, Dr. Suzanne Hall! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives the best answers and advice. I highly recommend her!

East Side Gynecology is Awesome!!! My doctor was gentle & kind. He answered all my concerns and referred me to a physical therapist. The referral got left in the office and the administrative staff found it and called me about it very quickly. The whole team at East Side Gynecology is wonderful!!!

Even though I was almost half an hour early, they took me in any way. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Hamby was a good listener, patient and kind. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and explained things well.

As a knew patient there’s an inherent angst with the “not knowing “ what type of service you’ll receive from physician and support staff. Dr Knapp and his entire staff are truly patient oriented. I never felt unheard or rushed, diagnoses was explained clearly with the utmost of compassion and competence. In a word OUTSTANDING!!

Dr. Zeilenga took me on as a patient after I took a trip to the ER. After having no answers to my situation after several weeks of monitoring elsewhere, I finally received some answers with a treatment plan. Their office was busy but she never once rushed me and truly took her time explaining what has been a difficult situation for me. I will be continuing my care in her office and feel as though I am in great hands.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful doctor he takes his time to explain everything to you and give you options.

Don’t waste your time with this gynecology. I called at 9 weeks pregnant for a appointment and they said it was important to get me in asap (I have never seen a gynecologist before) and I didn’t hear back from anybody for 2 weeks!! they finally called me to inform me I was “not accepted” how that’s even possible I have no idea?? The person on the phone could not even give me a reason.

Highly recommend! Entire experience was excellent..Very impressed overall. minimal wait time to get in the exam room and to see the Dr. Dr. Chen was great and easy to talk with. Staff was friendly. You also get a robe to wear vs a paper sheet gown. This office has everything in-house: a laboratory, mammogram including 3-D, which is nice. Thank you!

Dr Hall and all her workers are so very pleasant and kind . They really take care of you and make you feel comfortable.

I love Dr Hamby, she answers every question and addresses every concern. Also the desk staff were great. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the young woman who escorted me to the examining room. She simple said “any changes?”Whether she meant medications or health status I do not know. I wasn’t sure how to respond. She didn’t make note of anything I said so I’m unsure if she did the job. She may just be a young person who can remember everything she hears, unlike myself, and after she left the room wrote things down. When I told her I was no longer taking hormones, she asked if those were prescribed to which I responded yes. It seems like someone in the medical profession would know that, but again maybe I’m incorrect.

Great doctors and staff! I have been going there for 33 years and have two beautiful daughters that I didn’t think I could have with my medical history. My favorite Doctor who I started with has now sadly retired, but I have seen many of the other doctors there and they are very good, understanding of Women! You can have your mammograms and bone density test there also. They also have a skin care clinic within the office if you’re interested in that!

This is my first pregnancy, I am a newer patient to the practice. I had an emergency visit yesterday due to severe pain/cramping. I was seen by Dr Hamby, who is not the original doctor I seen for previous visits. Her beside manner was appalling. The way she talked down to me and my husband was unprofessional and rude. She did not take any time to listen, when I had questions for what happened and why she wanted to do certain exams. She spoke to me like a child. Did not explain a single thing to me. Did a pelvic exam to which I am still VERY sore today. She also started the exam without the tech in the room, and in the middle of it the door was opened for the tech to walk in while I was exposed from the waist down. She made comments and mocked me for being in pain after her exam. I am upset and embarrassed. I would not recommend this practice. I will be finding another doctor who treats me like a human being.

I had a new Dr today, Dr Knapp, he is very through, he listens, so knowledgeable about womens health. I felt really comfortable. Such a great experience. The staff from the receptionists to the back office were friendly and efficient.

Dr. Deborah Hamby is the best! Very efficient and no-nonsense. She’s a clear communicator and good at her job. I always felt confident that she knew what was what and she prioritized my autonomy/ability to make my own decisions about my health while making helpful recommendations based on my preferences.

I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so nice at the desk and throughout the practice. I love the ladies that work in the lab! I’ve been seeing the midwives for my pregnancy and they’re all amazing. Kelsey and Zoe are the sweetest and always make me feel heard. I always ask a lot of questions and they’re there to guide me at every appointment. I feel safe and comfortable here and recommend the office to anyone who’s looking!

Dr Mahoney is best very caring and understanding but lady on front desk name Ashley is very rude. I came early to my appointment and she said you can go back home and come back and I drove like 35 minutes to come there but my doctor is the worlds best doctor. I am only giving five star because of the doctor. If I had to give star for Ashley not even one

I was recommended to this practice by a close friend. The entire staff is amazingly nice and comforting. Dr. Hall arguably gave me the fastest and most efficient exam of my life all while conversing and being gentle. If I could give more stars, I would!

Ive been coming here for nearly 30 years. I love my doctor, Dr Nehra. Everyone is kind and thoughtful. The facility is always clean and uncluttered. I love that I can get an ultrasound and mammogram in the office. I feel confident Im getting the best possible care.

Got in right away for my mammogram but waited an hour to see my doctor. Received voicemail message Monday after 5pm & was driving. They have permission to leave a detailed message & did not. Of course they were closed when I called back. I dont talk on the phone when driving. Ive been coming here for quite a few years & I am not pleased with all of this.

Dr hambie has been my doctor for many years. She is amazing and I would refer her to everybody.Besides for having great doctors , everybody in the office is polite and very caring.

Today I had a minor procedure, and afterwards I felt dizzy. Dr. Chen was so good to me,He made sure that I was OK and held me until I felt better. He was very gentle during the whole procedure, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Once I became dizzy, they gave me water and crackers, and laid me down until I felt better. The entire staff was wonderful. They checked on me numerous times until I was well enough to drive home. This was the best care and it meant so much to me because I had a similar experience at my last doctors office and one of the staff members laughed and said “ I can’t believe you’re acting like this over a little colposcopy.” I never went back to that office again. Today I walked out of Eastside gynecology feeling proud and safe. That’s the best feeling!

I had a specialized ultrasound today, the staff from check-in to check-out made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Dr. Knapp put me at ease and made my whole experience a positive one.

Doctor Knapp was very prompt, thorough, listened to all my concerns, and arranged to have my ultrasound immediately so that I wouldnt have to make another appointment. Staff was also very pleasant and accommodating.

Dr. Mahoney was absolutely amazing as usual. The nurse who did all the vitals and history was just so pleasant and kind. For this appt, it does cause anxiousness. But she made me feel so at ease. I told her she has the best personality and such a warm and caring person. Too notch facility!

Everyone I encountered there was awesome! I had two appointments scheduled with just under an hour in between. Not only did they take me back immediately for the first one, but they got me in for the second right away. I doubt I waited even five minutes. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Dr Blunden(delivered my oldest 22 years ago) and Dr Knapp (delivered my 3 littles in 2017 2019 and 2021) When i had my youngest in 2021 I was nervous (a bit) because it was my 5th csection (3rd in 4yrs) Dr Knapp and Dr Abundis (and the rest of the drs/ nurses in the or of course!) made the OR feel like they could save the world if needed. Thankfully my experience was amazing and recovery was even better. Ive seen all the drs over the years and you cant go wrong with any of them! Thanks for being the best!

The Nurse who brought me back was kind and friendly.Dr. Mahoney is great overall. He explains situations thoroughly and always has a positive attitude when coming up with a game plan.
