Roots Surrogacy

I have completed two journeys with roots and could never look at another agency. From my first call with them to my most recent delivery, I have been treated with nothing but kindness, respect and a sisterhood that I know is like nothing else. I found my passion with surrogacy through them and feel so lucky to have had two amazing journeys with Roots. Matching was exceptional on their end. Their support throughout both journeys was exactly what I needed, especially during my second journey when I had many bumps in the road. I have nothing but positive things to say about Roots and look forward to a third journey with them. Any woman looking to pursue surrogacy, would be lucky to have the women at Roots by their side.

I am a first time surrogate and I have loved my experience with roots so far. Especially with Genevieve M who has helped me along this journey. He is always so attentive and responsive whenever I need her. It can be a bit of an intimidating process but she has made it so comfortable and easy for me. I still have a long way to go but feel so relaxed and confident with Genevieve and roots by my side.

I had Roots as my agency for my 1st surrogacy experience. They went above and beyond and even kept in contact after delivering my surro girl. I am with them for my second journey they have been on top of everything, communication on what steps are next. They keep in contact and give me updates. This company is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Roots you ladies are INCREDIBLE and I couldnt imagine doing this journey with anyone else.

So far Roots Surrogacy has been nothing short of amazing! I mostly communicate with Brooke and Sarah. They are both kind, patient, make you feel very comfortable with the process. This is my first surrogacy journey and I think I made the best decision by going with Roots! I am coming up on my first transfer in the next month or so and I cant wait!

I’m on my second surrogate journey with Roots and I only have amazing things to say! Brooke and her team have really built a sisterhood with Roots. None of my questions go unanswered, I never feel alone, and I never feel like my personal life is being intruded upon. If you want a great surrogate experience, go with Roots! I am a first time surrogate though Roots. Brooke, Sarah, and Cassie are all amazing. They make you feel like family from the first time you meet them. They make things personal which makes you feel really comfortable through out this journey. Even during COVID, I was able to get a match quickly. Roots stays on top of things and they are very informative.

Brooke and the entire Roots team are truly first class- Brooke has walked us through each step with honesty and preparedness, making this experience of unfamiliarity as welcoming and enjoyable as humanly possible. We feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful, straightforward and kind team along our journey to building a family. We love them so much.

We had a terrible experience with this agency. We worked with them for 2 years (having started with ready high graded embryos) and after that many years didnt even get to the transfer stage. They kept providing us with GCs who had medical issues over and over again and even tried to pressure us into using one against our doctors advice. We ended up breaking the contract, out $30k with nothing to show for it. The owners attitude was judgy and inappropriate, always blaming us and never taking responsibility for her agencys mistakes. In the end, she tried to shame us for choosing to go international instead of continuing with her agency - when we went international we got a baby within 10 months, at less than half of what she charged. My only regret is ever trying to do it with Roots.

Roots is AMAZING! Such a wonderful and knowledgeable group of ladies to guide you through the process of being a surrogate. They are literally there for you night and day for help, emotional support, advice, etc. They tackle all sorts of big emotions from surrogates and IPs and navigate heavy news or decisions with honesty and love. Best surrogacy agency hands down.

I Just recently completed my first Surrogate Journey, All of the ladies at Roots Surrogacy were the absolute best! They went above and beyond to help me and my IPs in anyway we needed! They truly care about helping families grow! Im thinking about starting a 2nd journey if I do I will definitely be going through Roots!
