This is probably THE BEST experience Ive had with an OB/GYN. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the nurses and the doctor is absolutely amazing, so kind and extremely positive attitudes. My first appointment with Kristin was fantastic, she is super knowledgable, friendly and has a great sense of humor! Dr. Celestine absolutely saved me! I had a minor procedure for a follow up appointment, where I thought it would be impossible to have done, but she did and I cried I was so happy! I was made to feel comfortable and supported the entire time. She worked magic and I am so grateful I found this clinic. Highly highly highly recommend!

I never thought Id say I had fun at a Womens Health appointment but I did at Genesis Center for Womens Health!Immediately upon entering, I felt at ease and welcome in a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Throughout the appointment with both the nurse and the doctor, I felt extremely comfortable and actually had fun chatting with both! I feel like I made friends during my appointment who made the awkward subject of womens health a painless and dare I say fun experience! Would highly recommend :)

I would like to say that this center was nothing but a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Most of all Julia Wreden was caring, understanding and most of all she listened to my needs. I felt comfortable and knew I was in great hands. The whole office was peaceful and I enjoyed the Christian music as I waited.

First, Kristin, NP was very kind/competent but I will be asking for a referral to a more ethically sound practice. There are bible verses on the walls of this office, which is ethically inappropriate, socially insensitive, tone deaf and demonstrates the height of unprofessionalism of Dr. Wilson-Celestine and her practice. I would not be confident in any services, advice or medical care given here due to the Dr.s inability to separate womens care from the Christian religion (as seen on the walls of her office). If you are of any other faith be warned that this may not be the right place for you to receive full and appropriate care. I am shocked that an office with such good reviews and a goal of helping all women showcase blatant disrespect by proselytizing in their waiting room.

I recently had a pap smear appointment with Kristin Swyers Hopp, and it was an exceptionally positive experience. She was both professional and personable, making me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. She truly listened to my concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully, ensuring I felt heard and understood. The procedure itself was remarkably quick and painless, thanks to Dr. Hopps skilled and gentle approach. You can tell that she loves her job and is great at it, which really made a difference in the overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Kristin Swyers Hopp for anyone in need of a compassionate and competent gynecologist.

I have been a gynecology patient of Dr. Celestine for 2 years. She is such a thorough and caring doctor, that once I realized she also did fillers, I made an appointment. I have had fillers before. My former doctor spent about 15 minutes doing my filler. I wasn’t very happy with the results. So I was looking for another option. Dr. Celestine was wonderful! She spent several minutes evaluating my face, asking me questions about what I would like, and giving me suggestions on what she thought would be the best way to accomplish my goals. She was not in a hurry, and made sure I was happy with the filler as the procedure progressed. It has been a few weeks since I got my fillers, and I am very happy. Dr. Celestine made me feel beautiful again. Thank you!!

10/10. After having not the best experience with my previous gyno(not being heard, pushback on everything, cold) this was the biggest breath of fresh air I could have hoped for. Their staff is all wonderful. Great energy, real empathy, real care. Dr. Celestine is everything you would want in a doctor. Incredibly smart and empathetic. She heard my issues and really listened. She helped set me up with a treatment plan that gave me hope. I left their office crying the first day because I was so grateful. If you are looking for an amazing place for womens health, this is the place to go.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Celestine and her entire staff. They care about patients as individuals. They are kind and accommodating. I can honestly say Dr. Celestine is the best doctor I have ever had and I’m 64 years old!

Practitioner Debi DaRosa and medical assistant Sandra made me feel so unbelievably comfortable at my first annual appointment! They were warm, communicative, efficient and overall showed a deep sense of understanding and care, which is hard to find. Thanks so much to all of the staff for the hard work and kindness! I am so fortunate to have located this practice! I have been very satisfied with my experience beginning with the registration process, my in-person experience with the front & back office staff & my interaction with Dr. Wilson-Celestine. Dr. Wilson-Celestine was very patient & engaged as she took my history & heard my concerns. She offered me options on recommended treatments. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a woman centered practice with sensitive & caring staff.

My previous doctor was booking 4 months out, so I began looking for another option. I’m so glad I found Genesis….the experience has truly been a breath of fresh air! Not only were they able to schedule me and my daughter within the week, the staff was warm, friendly and efficient from the start. Debi, the nurse practitioner, was personable, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Going to the gynecologist is never fun, but I have to say, the entire staff helped make the visit as pleasant as possible!

Having practiced in many countries, I can tell you that this is one amazing place with amazing providers, extremely thorough, sharp, listening to your concerns and addressing them immediately and efficiently. Everything is done in this practice to make you, the patient, feel safe, heard and cared for, from the minute you step in (kudos to the front desk) to the time you step out. This is BY FAR the best care I have been receiving in decades.Dr Wilson-Celestine is beyond wonderful, caring and warm; FNP Debie DaRosa is amazing, caring and warm as well, Medical Assistants Sandra and Michelle are absolutely on top of their game (and amazing human beings too! ).My only wish would be: Could this best in class exemplary practice be cloned in some way and replicated all across the United States?Please, ladies, do yourself a huge favor, just go there, just DO IT NOW, you will thank me later. Because THIS is what great Medicine looks, sounds and feels like!

I absolutely love Dr. Celestine and her team!!! Dr. Celestine has been a blessing to me. She made me feel very comfortable in having a major procedure done. I love how she explains everything in detail and takes time in making sure I understand everything that is going on with my body. In addition she thoroughly prepared me for what’s to be expected. She is extremely patient and genuinely cares about my well being.

From the moment you step inside this practice, you feel welcome. The office is very clean and modern. The staff is pleasant and polite. Dr. Celestine is very knowledgeable and attentive. She does not rush you. She is very approachable and easy to talk to you. I have never had a gynecologist who would actually take time to speak to you and get to know your health situation before conducting the actual exam. I highly recommend this practice. You will be in good hands!

I have finally found a doctor who truly understands HRTs and has helped me understand how they affect my body. Dr. Celestine tests you thoroughly so you get the correct dosage for your bodies needs. She also has the gift of being professional but personable at the same time. I feel at ease during her examinations. She also does an excellent job of performing the Mona Lisa procedure which has helped to revive and enhance my sex life. Dr. Celestine is truly a Womans doctor.

This office is amazing. The doctor, the staff… good energy and you can definitely tell they care about you here. I seen a few doctors on base and in sutter telling them my concerns and they brushed right over it. Dr. Celestine heard me the first time, scheduled a surgery and found exactly what I knew was going on the entire time. I really wish this was a primary care provider b/c I wouldn’t mind going all the time knowing I will be in good hands.

I drove 2 hours to see Dr. Celestine and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my health. I have struggled for 13 years with painful periods and other symptoms and no doctor in my town would listen to me. I have been told over and over again that my periods were “normal” despite the amount of pain I was experiencing. I became really depressed and struggled because I could not manage my periods and they were ruining my entire life. Dr. Celestine listened to me, she had a diagnoses, and a suggested treatment plan moving forward. For the first time ever I walked out of a doctors office with a plan moving forward on how to get my life back on track instead of just feeling crazy. I finally feel like I can heal. I am so grateful for Dr. Celestine and the entire Genesis team.

This team is so amazing 😻 their patience with patients is unmatched. I had an appt today and i was nervous about a procedure but Dr. Celestine And Sandra were a great team and responded to my fear with caution and education! They walked me through every step! Dr. Celestine is the best! She was my physician at a different office and was happy to follow her when she started her new practice. She’s very easy to talk to about any medical concerns and has done so much to help me make the best decisions for my health.

I followed Dr. Celestine from her Grass Valley office to her new team in Roseville. It is a distance to travel, but well worth the visit. Dr. Celestine provides high-quality care and is a compassionate, experienced provider. She has a great team that are kind, and informative, creating a relaxed visit. I was a bit nervous to find a new doctor after mine retired. However, from the moment I met Dr. Celestine I felt completely comfortable. Her immense knowledge, caring heart, listening ear, and desire to give the best whole-person care possible were evident from my first visit. Last year when I had a scare of possible breast cancer, she took the time to check in on me and was very empathetic and reassuring. She rejoiced with me when my results were negative. I was able to snag a last minute cancellation for same day. Office was easy to locate, clean and great team of professionals! Dr Lystra Wilson-Celestine is very personable and easy to connect with. If your looking for Womens health services, I’d HIGHLY recommend her office!

Had my first appointment today. The staff were friendly. The office is beautifully decorated. The bathroom was especially clean and smelled nice as well as decorated. The exam rooms were also high-end appearing with beautiful white leather exam chairs. Doctor Lystra Wilson-Celest was friendly and thorough. She strikes me as caring, well educated, knowledgeable, and passionate.Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Celestine was wonderful! She gives me hope in doctors again. Patient, kind, understanding, and kindly willing to explain any questions I had. Im thankful to have found Dr. Lystra Wilson-Celestine. As soon as I walked in for my appointment, I felt an atmosphere of sincere caring and respect from her and her whole team. Within a couple days of starting her recommendations for hormonal balance, most of my issues were completely resolved, and my quality of life greatly improved. I switched Medical providers and needed to find a new OB/GYN. I am so glad I was referred to Dr Wilson-Celestine! What an amazing, kind, and compassionate Dr. Dr Celestine sat with me for well over 30 minutes to address all my questions and concerns, never once did I feel rushed. Its been quite some time that I have honestly felt so comfortable with a Dr and feel like I am being heard. She is just wonderful!

Staff obviously make patient comfort a high priority. Dr. Celestine made me feel heard, which was great for my physical and mental health. Love the modern options for interacting with the office (rescheduling, communicating through the patient portal as opposed to calling). There was some faith based and product pushing? parts of the office that threw me off, but I got what I went for and will be back.

As a nurse, birth worker and patient of Dr Wilson-Celestine’s, my experience is vast. She has provided medical care to me and clients of mine, and I have always been impressed with the quality of her knowledge, skills and care she provides her patients. I have recommended her to my family and friends many times and I highly regard Dr. Wilson-Celestine for her proactive approach of educating and working with the needs of her patients. She is not only a wonderful listener, she also genuinely cares.

The staff is friendly, organized and knowledgeable. Dr. Celestine was warm, thorough and knowledgeable as well. This place treats the patients as an important part of the treatment planning team! And this is just my first visit!

This place is so wonderful, it was my first time at gynaecologist and I was pretty nervous. However the staff were incredibly respectful and kind. Dr. Wilson is an amazing doctor, she really puts the patient first. Her MA Sandra was as sweet and kind as can be. They provided such amazing service and put humanity back into medical care. The only reason I deduct a star is due to the office manager and front desk woman who were not so pleasant, even my insurance representative mentioned the lack of empathy and plain disrespect in the way they spoke to me and her when just asking simple questions. The rep even filed a complaint. Nevertheless, that still didn’t take away from how great Dr. Wilson is and how nurturing Sandra is.

I am so glad I found Genesis Center. I’ve been asking for years to get thyroid blood work done and multiple doctors have refused or simply ignored me. Here, the doctor told me she would recommend blood work before I could even ask. On top of that they offer DNA testing to check cancer markers; I didn’t even know this existed.The staff and doctor was AMAZINGLY nice and made me feel so comfortable. I seriously think this is the first time I ever felt comfortable and not Judged by phone doctor in staff.I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dr. Celeste is simply the best gynecologist Ive ever had!!! Ive been struggling with PCOS for about 17 years now and Ive seen quite a bit of doctors for it. Ive never felt heard or helped in my 17 years until I found Dr. Celeste. She really listened to my concerns and sat down with me to create a game plan to help me get regular periods and eventually pregnant (Im pushing 40 here). After seeing her twice I actually started getting regular periods again!! Like mind blown. I havent been regular since I started my womanly journey and for the first time in my life I finally am. All because Dr. Celeste sat dow and listened to me and actually cared enough to help me create a game plan to become a mother. I couldnt be more thrilled with my experience with her so far. Shes such a sweet gently woman who cares for her patients and is visibly/ genuinely excited for my progress as I am. I honestly think shes one of Gods favorite angels hes blessed me with and I couldnt be more grateful for her! Even the lovely women who assist her in her office are heavenly. The office is clean ,serene, peaceful, and inviting. The women are so friendly and take the time to remember every patient during every visit asking personal questions and remembering the answers for next time! Honestly I couldnt have asked for a better team. I cant wait to bring a child into this world with Dr. Celeste. I can gush over here all day. Dr. Celestine is a God-send!! Not only is she up on the latest info, she is genuinely kind and warm hearted. Im so very happy to have found her and am looking forward to her guidance along my health journey.

Dr. Celestine is by far one of the best doctors you will ever meet. Not only is she skilled, knowledgeable and up on all the latest advances, she is kind, understanding, warm and caring. What’s best is, it’s 100% genuine. I wish I had her when I had my child but I’m so grateful she landed in Grass Valley when I moved there. I’ve had to undergo two procedures, years apart, different issues. When I learned she opened a practice in Roseville, I didn’t hesitate to follow her for my next procedure and care. She is worth the drive , I’d even drive farther if I had to. For my second minor procedure, she was able to do the surgery in Grass Valley, so don’t let the Roseville home base scare you if she’s not in your home town. I’ve been through fertility treatment in the Bay Area, been through a number of hospitals in the Bay Area, and if you’re looking for any of the areas or specialties she focuses on, be blessed if you can be her patient. You are welcome! …because I know you will thank me later :)

I recently moved from UK to California and needed to find an local OBGYN. I came across Genesis on google and made an apt for a routine check up and another apt for an IUD. I was so nervous to have the IUD fitted. The ladies at Genesis went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They listened, we’re very patient, informative and very kind. I am so thankful that I have found Genesis. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, and they make you feel comfortable. The doctor takes her time and is very thorough.
