Booking my appointment online with total men’s care was super easy and quick, no need to call. When I got there, everyone was super friendly and the place felt welcoming. The doctor was great at breaking things down and answering all my questions, making sure I understood everything. Plus, I got all my follow-up info and prescription details sent straight to my email, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a chill and helpful visit. Would totally recommend them!

Phenomenal location! I was in and out quickly. I had one question they answered for me very promptly. I have never felt as though my time was as respected anywhere at any other medical facility.

PA Josephine was great. I normally leave doctor offices assuming the person I spoke to was a condescending, ill mannered know it all, or at the very least they graduated at the bottom of their class. She listened, she cared, she game planned and she disciplined all in the right ratios!! lol. I enjoyed a doctors visit!! Whats that about?!! lol

I previously had a great experience at the Murphy location, but they were closed on Wednesday so I decided to try the Richardson location. Instant regret as soon as I walked in.The two girls up front have zero customer service skills. One girl seemed to have a difficult time finding my appointment when the other girl abruptly asked “if I still had the same symptoms I listed on my check in” then asked me to put on a mask.She walked to the back for a few minutes then came back and asked me to come back at 2p because they were closing. I assume she meant for lunch even though they don’t advertise that.To be fair, I was 5 minutes late for my 12:40p appointment but it just seems like a bad experience all around to be scheduling an appointment so close to “closing time.”The girl blamed it on the registration process taking too long to complete so they couldn’t see me.Overall just bad customer service and a poor customer experience considering I’ve driven 30 minutes to their office.

$40 copay with UMR insurance card that says no copay lol! At least I can file under my HRA account. Seems arbitrary, the copay figures anywhere you go. I waited 45 minutes but they said that was because of an emergency visit from another patient. Very nice people and good environment.

Really good office, they helped me a lot and Donna is amazing she texts you personally for any medical needs which is super nice. But all in all had a great experience and would highly recommend

Alex, the PA, was 12/10. You can tell she actually cares about her patients. She took a look at me during my annual check up and found a mole on my fingernail that I’ve always thought of when clipping my nails but never remember to bring up during visits. Her quick observation really put me at ease and let me know that I was in good hands. Place was really nice and clean. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Booked an appointment and filled all the form when I walked in for my appointment, they told me that it will cost me 199$ because they don’t accept my insurance, the insurance they have listed that they accept.It was of time and now I have to look for another clinic l.

The establishment looks very clean and kept. I did not complete my registration prior to my appointment, which made me a little late, but after I completed my registration they still accommodate and honored my appointment. I was very pleased not being told that I had to reschedule. At this location everyone was nice.

Great experience from the woman working the front desk, to the woman drawing my blood, to my meeting with the NP. Absolutely recommend!

Such an easy process! Made appointment online, completed questions online and when I arrived, I was seen 5 min later. The clinic is very clean and there are water bottles and coffee while you wait. I hate that I can’t remember names, but everyone was very helpful, friendly & professional. So happy to have such a great clinic so close to home! P.S. Not just for men 😊

I had a good experience at this location. I needed a quick COVID test so I could submit it to school in short notice and was able to schedule an appointment same day. They took my insurance and I spent less than 15 minutes there. Quick in and out experience and received my results in about an hour. First time in Total Mens today. Needed a new primary care as my prior had retired. Overall great experience. Very easy to get an appointment. Paperwork was simple and sent in advance. The staff was all very courteous and the Dr got me taken care of quickly. Glad I happened upon them!!

Tonya at the front desk is incredible, the nurses are personable and make you feel comfortable, and I have nothing but great interactions with the providers. From my first appointment at Total health it’s been the best medical experience, no waiting or cattle calls, and answers not just traditional medicine, but I can say I’ve gotten results, lost 25 lbs have more energy and feel better than ever. My first visit with Total Menes Primary Care was great. The front off person was very nice and extremely helpful with getting my paper work done. The doctor and her assistant were very thorough. This is a great medical doctors office, everyone is highly experienced, they will pay great attention to your concerns, they alway treat you with great respect and courtesy. I therefore recommend this Dr. Office to people. I had excellent experience there today and will still go back.

Walked-in and was seen almost immediately, even with 2 others there for appointments. They have complimentary drinks and snacks, which I didnt have, but thought it reinforced their obvious priority - you. The staff here were friendly, professional, and quick. As long as theres a Total Mens PC in the area, Ill never go to another primary care group again! I wish we had one in Idaho....

I went in for my annual medicals which I haven’t done in years mainly because I do not like hospital visits. The doctor I met and the Medical assistant made me feel right at home. The interpersonal rapport was really outstanding and for the first time in my life, I’ll be looking forward to a follow up visit at an hospital.

Great experience. I am 70 years old and in the last 5 years I have been to more doctors appointments than I can count. By far this has been the best! My younger sister is an MD and I had to call her and tell her what a great experience I had. It is so refreshing to be treated with respect but at the same time you feel like you are part of a family.

The receptionist could have been friendlier. The medical assistant was outstanding! The provider offered some suggestions but no real solutions. The clinic lobby could use a bit of house keeping I was easily fooled by the website!

Was a bit of a wait to get into my PCP so I decided to check out Total Men’s Primary Care. Was very pleased with my overall experience. Was able to schedule an appointment in the evening for the next day. I did all of my registration on my phone, was seen promptly when I arrived, and they were very thorough during my visit. Will likely be utilizing Total Men’s again in the future.

Great visit. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor visit was great as the doctor listened attentively and the communication was two way conversational which led to a great path forward.

Went in for a COVID test and the staff was attentive, cordial, and engaged with me. They were also very efficient and ensured everything was in order with a good pace. I received my results promptly (luckily negative) and with care. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Needed a COVID test today and Total Men’s Primary Health was recommended by a friend. Went on-line to secure an appointment and found several same-day slots available. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Staff is professional, attentive and friendly. They even have a nicely stocked free snack/drink section in the lobby.

So glad I found this place!! It was recommended to me by my boss after I mistakenly waited in one of those Covid testing lines for THREE and a half hours without ever receiving my test results.This location got me in within the hour and got my results back to me within minutes!I am so impressed with the efficiency and kindness they provided during my visit and will definitely recommend them in the future!

Everything was seamless! The front desk lady was fast and helpful and the nurse was cute and very fast as well. Also she was gentle unlike the other places that swab your brain through your nostrils. I was in there for a total of 5 minutes max I will definitely be going back if I need another test. 100% recommend!!

I went to the Richardson TX location today for a COVID-19 test. Same day appointment, which was awesome. The facility was clean and well run by extremely friendly staff. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was less than 30 minutes, and that included completing the new patient info. Had my results via text and email in about 45 minutes.Very highly recommended!

Incompetent scammers. Will tell you insurance is cheaper than cash pay and then bill you for labs that they say your insurance will pay for. The billing department is a mess, unable to get ahold of them 99% of the time. The manager Angela is rude, and no help at all. She’ll say it’s your problem. Highly suggest avoiding this clinic.

I was able to walk right in for an unscheduled appointment as a new patient, and was seen immediately. They use upgraded technology so the registration process went smoothly and quickly. The waiting area is nice and clean. The medical staff I worked with were friendly and efficient. All in all, it was a good experience!

Made an appointment for a Covid rapid test. Staff were amazing. The whole process was super quick with a follow up text letting you know your results. Office area was clean and sanitized. I highly recommend them.

Total men’s has EXCELLENT staff. My nurse was super friendly and asked about my day and life which made me feel comforted. I was in and out of there so quickly, even when more and more people started coming in. Everyone was taken care of timely. I could not find a same day rapid covid test, and they saved me by having slots open. I even came in 40 minutes earlier than my appointment and they were able to take me within 10 minutes of me arriving. Very happy with my experience with total men’s!

I have been to this clinic twice for 2 separate COVID rapid test and both times were extremely quick and easy. I made an appointment online and waited less than 2 minutes each time after checking in. Once in the nursing room, the nurses were kind, quick, and professional when taking the nasal swab. I waited about 20 minutes for the test and once the doctor came in with the results, she was also kind, quick, and professional. They provide you with a one page summary stating the kind of test you received, your results, the date, etc. that is very useful for providing to an employer. All in all, both times took under 30 minutes from the time I walked in to when I walked out. Safe to say I will only be going back to this clinic! Not to mention they have snacks, water, coffee, gatorade, and more available in the waiting room. And very clean.

Recommended to me by my sons who have all had an awesome experience here. Went for a rapid COVID test due to cold-like symptoms after a trip to Disney. Appointment scheduling was fast and easy with same-day appointments available. Easy in/out testing performed by their staff. Very clean/professional with quick negative results (yay!) Would definitely recommend this facility for COVID testing and will use them again in the future if necessary.

Setting up an appointment was very easy, they send reminders and a link to register everything in advance. Once we arrived for our appointments we were in and out within 5 min of our appt time. The one staff member we interacted with was very friendly and she seemed very organized. Antigen test results were received an hour of our appt time. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what happened to Total Men’s. They used to be awesome even during covid. I had the same provider for more than a year. Now the provider is constantly changing and they can’t even keep up with my labs.

Great experience. Had a work trip to Orlando and wanted to have some piece of mind so booked a rapid COVID test. Booked online, walked in and filled out one piece of paper, covered by insurance and got my swab and results all in less than 30 minutes. Check out their website.Even though it is a “men’s clinic” they do Covid testing for anyone. You have to book an appointment online. They no longer accept walk-ins due to high demand. User friendly online patient forms. Was definitely way better than having to wait in my car for hours and hours with other testing centers.

Ive been here 3 times for rapid COVID testing and its been by far the quickest and easiest experience! Im usually in and out in 20-25 minutes with test results because appointments start right on time. The staff are also super helpful and friendly!

At a time when Walgreens and CVS showed no available appointments for Covid testing due to unusually high demand, we found Total Men’s with a lot of appointments. The process to set up an appointment and check in online was quick and smooth. Then, when we went in for the actual testing, we once again found the process very quick and smooth. The facilities were clean and efficient, and we could smell disinfectant everywhere. We were done with the the testing and out within a few minutes. The results came within the hour. All in all, a very convenient and efficient experience. Would highly recommend these facilities and services.

Total Men’s Health Richardson office was a great place to go for my personal health needs. Not only were they very helpful, but also all of the staff were very personable and actually cared about me while I was there. They were able to schedule me for a visit very quickly and efficiently. Once there, it was a very welcoming environment and did not feel like a classic doctors office at all. While there, all of my questions were answered in depth and we were able to set a plan for me to have a healthy future. I will be going back in the future.

I went in for the rapid Covid test. It was easy to schedule online though I will say they are very busy, so I had to schedule it further out than I would have liked. Checking in was easy and the test was administered within 10 minutes of checking in. I was asked to wait in my car for the results and within 15 minutes I had my test results back. The staff was courteous and efficient in their care and communication. I would recommend them and consider coming back for any future Covid testing.

Did a google search for the closest facility near me giving Covid tests and Total Men’s Primary Care popped up. They will perform the test on women and children. So, I made an appointment. Clean and modern! Checked in beforehand on my phone. Was taken right back. No wait time. The test was easy, and I had the results before I left. Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I needed a COVID-19 test. This location was convenient and I really appreciated having the test done in a facility that was only testing non-symptomatic patients as I have not been exposed and just needed to be tested to return to work from travel. Scheduling a same-day appointment and entering all my information online was quick and easy. The in-person experience was very pleasant. Staff was friendly, waiting area was clean, snacks and drinks provided while you wait. I was in and out in about 20 minutes total. Would absolutely recommend for COVID testing or flu shots for the entire family. I did not meet with the primary doctor, but based on my experience would recommend for any guy looking for a new primary care facility.

Excellent and friendly staff. Quick and efficient, was in and out in less than 30 minutes without having filled out paperwork prior to the appointment. Very knowledgeable medical staff, will be making this my primary care for the foreseeable future. As a veteran I get free care at the Va but this was service that cant be beat. I was recently tested here for covid. The process was smooth and quick! The waiting time was not long at all, the actual test was super quick, and the time that I got my results was also in a timely manner. They also had a complimentary snack/coffee bar which I thought was super cool!

After being lured to another Primary Care Facility for a rapid COVID19 test, only to be told Sorry, were out of rapid tests I found Total Mens!Staff were Super Friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities were Very clean and modern. The wait time was Fantastic! Friendly, Clean and Quick! I highly recommend this location.Also, Im getting my Testosterone checked, which was on my to do list for January 2021!

It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment through their online site. They made sure to send appointment reminders and I was able to fill out the client questionnaire prior to arriving. As soon as I arrived I didn’t have to wait long to enter the room. My nasal swab was quick and I was able to receive my results via text shortly afterwards and did not have to wait in the lobby. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick COVID test, swift in and out even on your lunch break.

They change providers way to much the people who answer the phone lie to you they wont transfer you to the clinic you go to and make you fill out stuff online standing up cause you cant upload on your phone use to be a good doctor office but would NOT recommend them to my dog

Went for a COVID test. Was able to get same day appointment. Paperwork done via phone before going in. Took 5 mins to complete the whole thing. Result was out in 30 mins. Clean space, courteous and professional staff. Highly recommend it.

I went for a Covid quick test and arrived a bit early as I figured some paperwork would need done. Immediately after completing the paperwork I was taken back and given the test and then allowed to leave. I received my results via text within the hour. This is a great establishment.

Went to take a nasal COVID test at the Richardson location. The employees were very welcoming and helped me fill out my information. The test itself was administered by an employee (better than a self-test) and was super quick and easy. I got my rapid results within 2 hours of leaving!

Not only do they offer rapid COVID testing, but as a regular patient, the service is remarkable. I can get in and out in a fraction of the time it would take at another office. Everyone is extremely friendly and sincerely cares. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing ! Professional , streamlined , office looked great , front desk person was personable and explained everything. Really easy to set up the appointment and the service was amazing! Ive got hemophobia and they catered to make sure I was comfortable for the lab draw. Im very pleased with the care here. The parking lot gets pretty full around lunch time so I suggest appointments that dont coincidence with that rush.

I cannot say enough good things about the Richardson office and all of their staff. I moved to Frisco and still make the drive due to the professionalism and atmosphere the office staff creates. You cannot go wrong with anyone at the Richardson office and Nurse Josephine is so knowledgable and willing to help.

I got the rapid result test here for Covid-19 (yes, they take female patients at Total Men’s haha). I booked online, had zero wait once I arrived, and got my results within 30 minutes of my test. The staff was great. I’ll be going back for a test before I fly later this month. I highly recommend this place.

Tried to make a same day appointment for rapid COVID testing and all the places were booked for 2 straight days. Total Mens saw me 2 hours later. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Results in an hour. Friendly staff.

We needed some assistance with COVID testing for my parents in order for them to fly back home and meet the requirements of a negative COVID diagnosis. The staff was courteous and very professional at all times. The results were in quite fast too.Highly recommended for everyone near Dallas/Richardson area. We drove from Forney and it was well worth it still.Sanitized facilities and great COVID protocols were in place during our quick visit, which was even FASTER due to an easy online/smartphone friendly registration and text follow-ups.Keep up the good work!

First, I do not write reviews. Ever, well till now. When is the last time you had a medical related doctor visit be a five-star experience? I was literally blown away by the speed and ease of the experience. Nurse practitioner Katy Wood went above and beyond - offering to help in ways I didn’t even consider. Fast, kind, professional, super competent… outstanding. Nice work!!!

I was able to book a same day appointment and I arrived about 15 minutes early. I filled out one last form and I was seen within 3 minutes after completion. Everything went smoothly and I was out in just a little more than 30min.

Friendly, user friendly app, great communication , professional, clean, complimentary refreshments and fast Covid testing with quick results. The one time $20 admin fee was worth it to me in exchange for all of the above. Ive seen completely free places that had horrible reviews so thats why I chose this place. Im now clear to travel!! This place is great! I wanted to get an antibody test as well as a COVID-19 test before flying back home. When i arrived, I was directed to sit in the waiting area for a few minutes. I didnt wait long at all. I was directed to a room where i was tested for both antibodies and COVID-19. Once they tested me, I was asked to wait in my car. They called me with the results within 20-25 minutes. Great experience! Very professional!

I went here for COVID testing. I was a little nervous since it’s a clinic catered to men. The scheduling process was super easy, registration was fast and there was no wait. I was greeted by a friendly woman who complimented my hair! The check in process was fast because I registered online, so they already had my insurance card and drivers license. The waiting room was very tidy and there were all sorts of snacks and drinks available. I was brought back quickly by a very nice nurse. COVID test was quick and efficient. I work in healthcare and have had more of these than I care to count. This was one of the best tests I’ve had. I had results in about 30 mins via text. I’ll be coming here for the rest of my COVID tests for sure. Thank you Total Men’s for taking great care of this woman!

Quick and easy did not feel like a doctors visit at all. Cant stress enough filling out everything online prior to your visit.I filled out the patient form on line uploading both ID and Insurance card. When I arrived I Literally walked in showed ID nothing else to fill out just sat and waited to be called. Went back did my thing grabbed a coffee and a snack on the way out and that was it.

Got in quickly and everyone was nice even though they were a bit understaffed. Very thorough checkup and didnt feel rushed.

While I’m thankful for how kind everyone at this location has been to me, dealing with the Billing Department for this place has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with getting medical care.Out of my few visits, there has not been a single one without a mistake with my bill or something regarding my care being forgotten.And now, several months after my first visit, they tell me I still owe a balance for that first visit (despite having asked on my last two visits for them to make sure I had paid for everything).I have no problem paying my bill. But out of principle, I wasn’t going to blindly pay a ‘new’ charge when they have made mistakes with my bill before. I needed an explanation.I reached out to Billing. I sought clarification on where these new charges. But all I got was copies of my statements and reaffirmations that I owed money. I didn’t hear anything helpful until I got an automated message threatening that my bill would be sent to collections.Ive tried talking to them more to try to understand the charges, only to get the same “here is your statement” responses I have gotten already, with no attempt at an explanation. Now, I got another automated message about the bill going to collections again, but by now, I’m just tired of giving chances.I am thankful for the folks in the clinic itself I’ve talked to for being so kind, but I don’t think I can trust this clinic to help take care of my medical needs anymore. Not with how frustrating it has been dealing with billing issues several months after a visit, and after believing it had been resolved already.

I really enjoyed my experience. The employees who helped me were very nice. I believe their names were Ale and Efe. The blood being drawn was very easy and Ale did a perfect job and I barely even felt it. Glad I went!

Visited this place for consultation on October 2019 at the time my insurance did not cover the visit so it was all out of pocket, which I paid and have the receipt to prove it. This week I received an email and text messages stating billing has gone paperless and that I have an outstanding balance, from my visit almost 3 years ago. Walked into the office fearing that the messages might be scam and to get an explanation for the charges. The lady at the office was nice at first and reached out to billing to get it all squared up. Billing adviced that I indeed paid for the consultation back then but that the fee of the visit should have been higher than what I was charged and now I have to pay for that difference. Never did I get an actual bill before not in the mail and not by email or anything, but as I made my case the lady at the office got frustrated and rude. She stated that all the back and forth is point less as no one cant do anything, even if is weird that the fee has just now popped up. And I should just pay up or to take it up to my insurance. Billing department here is bad but the fact that no one is willing to work with you is worse.

5 stars given, 5 stars earned! This was a comfortable and easy experience for me. I was able to do all paperwork online before I came. My appointment time was honored. Comfortable waiting room, with complimentary snacks! And the staff was excellent! Diligent adherence to Covid safety protocol, which made me feel safe. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. And the nurse who administered my treatment was very kind and gentle. Thanks yall!

Came in for an emergency rapid COVID test with no scheduled appointment. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Very clean and nice facility. I went for COVID testing before visiting my parents and I have no idea why everyone is not doing the same. They were professional and relaxed. The clinic was immaculate. My insurance paid 100% but I would have paid the reasonable price they charged to walk out with test results in a matter of minutes!

Had an excellent experience today at Total Men’s in Richardson. Very nice staff, place was very clean. Staff was very attentive to my needs and concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out really fast despite being late for my appointment. Got a Covid test in a matter of minutes and got my results texted to me within the hour, although they did say it would be about 15 minutes for results. Still better than most places I would say.

Total Men’s Care is easy. I know, it’s an unusual way to describe a doctors office, but it’s true. They make scheduling easy and the actual visit goes quickly. You don’t usually have to wait for a long time like other doctors offices. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the locations are convenient. They’re on top of it and provide a positive experience.

I’m one of those people that rushes to get a covid test anytime I feel even a smidgen of weirdness. The past few days, Ive felt fatigued and sore, so I rushed to find a place for a rapid Covid test. I found Total Men’s and they had plenty of appointments available.Once I arrived, I was seen promptly and received my results within 30 minutes. I get a ton of covid tests (better to be safe than sorry, right!?) and this was one of my best experiences.Highly recommend this spot for all your health and medical needs!

Extremely nice facility! I came in for a rapid covid test. I made an apt same day, in and out for the test in 5 minutes, and got my results texted to me in 30 minutes. Total Men’s Primary Care was one of the only places I could find a covid test at, and they had a wide availability for rapid and normal tests. The staff was super friendly and their service was quick and clean. I was able to get my rapid test results back within ten minutes. There is a new patient fee of $20, so make sure to be aware of that.

Needed a new PCP and was tired of the General Practitioner that see everyone. I wanted a place the focused on mens health and that was not an ED clinic. Had my first visit for my annual physical today. The staff is friendly and attentive. They leverage technology to its fullest, which I like. They were efficient and thorough; the practitioner discussed a few areas that I had not thought about. And, they are in-network for my insurance! I am very pleased with my first visit!

Very modern, open on Saturday, efficient and clean office. Got all my documents uploaded before I ever came in so it was a breeze. Its 2021, theres no reason to go to some old stuffy office with awful wallpaper and fill out a dozen pages of medical history just to have the first person you see ask the exact same questions. Got my checkup, bloodwork, etc done and was out the door in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I didn’t think bringing two kids in for COVID tests would be easy, but it turned out to be a breeze. Everyone was so friendly, explained everything, got us in on time and out quickly! The facility was very clean, which is always a good thing! Zero complaints!

We have never been provided Healthcare so promptly and kindly!!! We got our rapid Covid testing in 11 minutes!! They see both men and women. With our insurance, we paid 20 dollars once and will not have to pay again! Not only all of this, but the staff is always phenomenal and they stock the waiting area with amazing snacks and a Kuerig coffee maker!! I will always recommend Total mens primary care! By the way, they take walk-ins! I had an appointment and my husband didnt, but they tested us both swiftly 😊

Went to the Richardson location for a covid-19 test. One of very few places that do rapid testing. They were super friendly and professional. There was a little bit of a wait when I got there, but not too bad. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes.Only cost $20 for the office visit and the covid test is free with insurance.

Scheduled a Covid test last minute for today at 8:50AM. Walked in at 8:40AM and was done at 8:46AM. Got my results within an hour. AMAZING. Everywhere else I had to wait 2 hours and more and got my results late around 8PM. Very quick appointment. I was in and out. I def recommend Total Mens to everyone!!!

I went to total men’s for the COVID-19 anti body testing and they were amazing. Very very clean, very prompt, and knowledgeable. Every staff I interacted with were very nice! I had a very positive experience with Total Mens Primary Care - Richardson. This was my first Covid test so I didnt really know what to expect in regards to wait times, how crowded the facility would be, the kind of test given, etc. but the entire process could not have been more seamless and positive for me. I made an appointment the night before on a Thursday for an appointment the following day, Friday morning. Everything was done in regards to insurance validation/paperwork on my phone, they sent me a text message the morning of my appointment having me complete some basic information and they also had me send a picture of my insurance card and drivers license...this wasnt a big deal, it took about 5 minutes and I was able to do it while laying in bed that morning. My time spent at the actual clinic was very brief...I arrived and checked-in, had to pay a $20 administrative fee since this was my first time at this clinic...no big deal. Was called back to a room with a nurse just minutes later, did the Covid test which was a swab up the nose but it was fine (strep tests/throat swabs are worse in my opinion) and I was out the door no more than 10 minutes after arriving. As far a results, they send you a text with results about 15 to 20 minutes after the test was completed, so pretty much as soon as I got home I got a text message with my results (they call you if your result was positive).Overall, it was a great experience and I am very glad I used Total Mens Primary Care - Richardson for my Covid Test needs.

I realize I am a female giving a men’s clinic a review, but I went in for a rapid COVID test. They will administer the test for both male and females. I have done my research and when searching for COVID tests, either the place is not a true rapid test or the lines/wait are ridiculously long. I was in and out in 5 min… literally. I made an appointment online and filled out all the necessary forms ahead of time. I arrived on time (not early) was checked in and sat for about 30 seconds before one of the nurses came and got me.I do want to point out, because it’s kind of nice, in the waiting area, they have water, coffee, snacks, etc.I hadn’t ever gotten a test before and the nurse was very professional and explained the process. It was nasal and lasted about 5 seconds. It was not as bad as I thought. No pre questions nor waiting. I was told my results would be text to me in about 30 min to an hour. After that I walked out. I had entered my insurance information online so there was no exchange in currency. They do have pay options listed online should you not have insurance.I received my results in 30min.I strongly recommend.

Havent been to a doctor since pre-Covid. I wanted to find a new doctor so I searched my insurance website and found Total Mens Primary Care. They had office hours that worked with my schedule. The new paient process only took about 5 minutes. I scheduled an annual physical and was in and out in a reasonable period of time, even with blood draws and other tests. The staff was great. If my experience with my former doctor would have been this easy, i would not have left. I now have a doctor I actually like to go to.

I went to Total Mens Primary Care ater being told by CareNow that I would have to be seen by a medical provider and pay over $200. I have already recommended Total Mens Primary Care to three friends!

Fast, efficient and friendly. Even walk ins were quickly processed in between appointmentsFollow up: came in New Year’s Eve for what is promised a rapid test. Wanted to make sure i was safe if i saw family. Almost 2 weeks later there i still have no results. I called, left message and no response or call back. I then texted and was texted back days later. While i understand there is a pandemic and high need for tests the unprofessionalism was absurd. I would have settled for a response to tell me there was an issue or backup. Will be contacting insurance so this is not charged and will be using another location in future. Friend had no problem with other location.

Could not find a place for same day Covid testing ANYWHERE! To my surprise Total Mens Primary care got me in with hours! The front receptionist Becca was absolutely awesome and got me squared away for the visit in minutes. I probably waited 5 minutes before a very professional nurse came and brought me to the back where I had my easiest and least uncomfortable Covid test to date. I was literally in and out within 20min. Would 100% recommend them for your future COVID and other health needs.

Total Men’s was great! Super efficient and exactly what I needed when I thought had Covid-19. I looked online and EVERYWHERE was completely booked for tests. I was hopeless about finding a same day Covid rapid test, until a friend told me about Total Men’s (which isn’t only for men). The online booking process was very easy. I got a few interesting looks as I was the only female, but staff treated me no differently and I was welcomed immediately. I filled out an online form and waited less than 5 minutes before I was taken back for the test. I was then free to go and they texted me 30 minutes later. Super easy and no lines! I would highly recommend Total Men’s.

This place is an excellent covid testing location. 5 minute wait max, and the test itself takes 2 minutes. I leave right after and they call you within half an hour with your results. Perfect spot to get a covid test during a lunch break.

I called to ask if they give rapid Covid results. The person I spoke with said yes and she was very friendly and we discussed my insurance. The guy who checked me in was friendly also as he explainedthe registration process to me. Again, the young lady who swabbed my nose was friendly. I was there total for about 20 minutes. I switched to Total Mens care for my primary care about 2 years ago, I will not go anywhere else. The offices are well maintained, staff is always friendly and the Doctors and Nurses are great. I have always been seen within minutes of my appointment time, even now while they are doing Covid testing, I waited no more than 5 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. I heard about Total Men’s Primary Care from a friend who went for a covid test about a month or so ago who said they were very quick, efficient, and friendly. Fast forward now, where I’ve been sick for almost a month (cold turned into bronchitis and possibly pneumonia) I needed antibiotics and a doctor ASAP. I haven’t had any luck finding a primary yet as I’m from New Jersey. The same friend reminded me again of this place when all the Over The Counter cold medicine wasn’t really working anymore. I came in 830 this morning with no appointment when Rebecca squeezed me. She was so nice, helped me understand everything, and was very patient with me. My insurance card was inactive as my company switched insurance carriers and i completely forgot. But Rebecca was wayyyyy more then accommodating and helped schedule me for later in the day so I could still be seen and get antibiotics. Came back at 245, where the entire team was lovely and all smiles and they took me back in a room almost instantly! (None of that 45 minute wait after your scheduled time). The nurse practitioners were SUPER funny, sweet, and professional! Katy and (drawing a blank with the other name), honestly saved my life. They had personality, knew when to keep it light, and when to get serious. They even put up with my silly ranting, but seriously I have never felt so comfortable in an office like that before. I’m not even sure if my insurance is in network for them but I definitely want them to be my primary. I can not stress how amazing the ENTIRE STAFF is. I could go on and on but this review is way too long already. It’s only been a couple of hours and this is the best I’ve felt in a month. Thank you guys again, and will recommend to all of my friends!!

My experience here was excellent, scheduled an appointment for a covid test and they were able to accommodate me coming in and testing with my daughter. Not only were they timely and so friendly getting me in and getting my results back quickly, they were so kind and friendly with my daughter who is scared of even walking into the doctor.

Best doctor I’ve ever been to! The three ladies who work here are all very professional. At first I thought it was odd that all women worked at a men’s doctor, however they really were great. Good conversation, I felt comfortable talking about anything related to my health that doctor,Soo Lee, asked. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving and was out within the hour. This was for a yearly exam which included blood and urine test. Very thorough and I felt that they were all very knowledgeable. Definitely will be my doctor moving forward as long as I’m in the area. I searched the area and was going to settle for CVS for results that would come back in 3-5 days. I continued looking and found Total Men’s Primary Care which is for men but will provide rapid COVID testing to everyone. Our process from beginning to end was seamless. We were in and out in 15 mins. Thank you all for being so professional and friendly. Also we received our test results within an hour.
