Great fast and friendly service. I was able to get in quick and Mike was a great help to get all of my paperwork in order. Would highly recommend for anyone needing an immunization or titer to call here first!

One of the worst experiences I have had. Nearly 2 hours wait time, regardless of an appointment. The staff at the Richardson location on Spring Valley was more than rude, and is most certainly not suitable to work with people. The most interesting was a preferable service to their friends, who pulled in and out within 5 minutes. Look elsewhere and get the better service that you deserve with COVID tests.

I got the biggest runaround, going from place to place trying to get a Covid test done for travel.. I went to two different places who told me I will get the results same day however they did do not provide me the result until the next 72 hours. Used you guys for my family of 6 and received the results right in time. Thank you for being the saving grace will definitely use you again for traveling purposes.

The testing process itself was quick and easy for that I would give 5 stars however the Lewisville location promised results for my husband same day in the evening but we never received. We had to email 3x before we finally got results 72 hours! Kinda a big deal since my husband was positive Covid and I am pregnant so early treatment and quarantine was best for lowest chance of complications. My husband ended up having to go to the ER to get checked because it was Thanksgiving and he was progressively getting worse and nothing was open being a holiday! Thanks Jerks! Such an unorganized testing facility! They also never answer the phone.

100% recommended! Very fast and professional.I needed a Covid test for a travel. The results came as early as that day as promised. When I had a problem with one of the tests they made sure I got everything I needed done on time.I will definitely recommended to all my friends to get tested at this place!

Michael was very helpful and took time out of his day to answer all questions I had. I needed a PCR test for travel and received the results in 12 hours. Very professional staff. I would definitely use them again for my COVID testing needs.

I was concerned about not getting my results before Monday after reading reviews, and the recent surge. The response to email is FAST. I got a response to my inquiry within an hour, and after supplying the requested info for my results I got the report within minutes. Do not bother calling..it is best to email them. Hope this review helps.

I went for a test and I was scheduled at 12:15. No one was there they went for lunch. I had an appointment that was unprofessional. This company never answers the phone! Never! Not once have they answered or called back. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. I have waited two days now for results that are supposed to come in 8 hours and I suspect it’s because they are not following appointments and taking random ppl who show up. When I came they did not ask for my unique appointment ID. Definitely do not waste your time.

Ameri Immunization has been huge help to our company. Our contact was able to get our employees loaded into the system same day and results were delivered within 24 hours. They have been extremely helpful during this pandemic and alleviated much of the stress that has come with it. Im so grateful that we have them turn to. Highly recommend to everyone!

I definitely recommend Ameri Immunization for COVID testing. Mike got us in the system for testing within an hour and had the results back the next day. Mike and his staff have been instrumental in keeping my employees well during this pandemic. I called this company to have one of my employees tested and he sent her paperwork back within an hour and her results came back first thing the next day. I really appreciate how efficient they are. Would definitely recommend using them for your business.

I would give a zero but its not possible. Went to one of those cargo container locations in my area to get a COVID test.I was given a phone number to call for results.No one answers, never responds or listens to voicemails for call backs.I truly believe it is a scam and youre better off making an appointment at your nearest drug store (Walgreens or CVS) than to go to these make shift COVID testing areas because its not reliable.And I dont want an apology from this place. I want to know my results and also hire more people to answer phone calls.Whats the point of having business hours when no one answers during those hours.S C A M

(Previous day): Scheduled online appointment for a PCR test at 10:30 A.M. the following morning.10:25 A.M. - Arrived. Only one gentleman working at the drive-up site. When we pull up in our car, he motions for us to park, so we do.10:30 - 11:40 A.M. - Sat in the car and watched as other people arrived, got out of their cars, and approached the door of the testing building, trying to inquire about what the process was. Every fifteen or twenty minutes, the worker would bring out paperwork and clipboards to a couple of cars, in no particular order - usually just whoever rolled down the window to grab his attention. However, most of his time was occupied by redirecting cars that tried to form a line or by answering questions from the many people who decided to approach the building. At one point, there were as many as seven people huddled around the door.11:40 A.M. - A fellow patient informs me that the worker said “we just have to wait”.12:00 P.M. - I decided that it didn’t matter if I waited for another one or two hours - no one was going to come assist us, despite the fact that we followed the worker’s instructions to wait in the parking lot. Besides, we needed the results same-day for work-related reasons - which is why we scheduled ourselves for 10:30 A.M. - but now we were going to miss the noon deadline for same-day results.We are over a year-and-a-half into this pandemic. Yet, this site - at least on this day - seemed to have no process, no plan, no method of organization, no strategy for communicating with the people arriving for testing, etc. I felt sympathy for the worker, who should under no circumstances find himself trying to manage this chaos by himself. The failure here falls squarely on the shoulders of whoever is responsible for establishing efficient processes and standard procedures. Whoever that person is either a) doesn’t exist, b) doesn’t particularly care about the experience of those seeking services, c) doesn’t have the professional skillset for making those kinds of determinations, and/or d) believes that the challenging nature of the pandemic is a valid excuse for this utterly embarrassing lack of organization.Quite simply, it was worst customer/patient service experience Ive ever had. When you make an appointment, show up early, follow instructions, and are then completely ignored for an hour and a half...that is disgraceful. I have no problem waiting - if I know that I am in some sort of waiting list, line, etc., but this was not the case. I will emphasize again that this is not the spring of 2020, when everyone was having to adjust and find processes that worked. This is August 2021. I fully expect that no one will take notice of this review, except perhaps to offer a stock response like We are so sorry...we take your feedback seriously...we will forward this to the attention of our staff.Just a stunning experience, overall. I didnt know you could still find this level of unprofessionalism in the wild. Its a real shame.

We waited for three hours to get tested while others drove up to the lot, cut the line, and were served within minutes. I tried to call the main office for clarification. They did not return my call. On another occasion, my wife and daughter were told (after having waited in line for an hour and a half) that they would not be seen that day because the line was too long. A lady who arrived an hour after my wife was seen and tested. Ridiculous service.

These were the best COVID testing centers among all of the ones we called or tried out in Dallas during an emergency. They were extremely helpful and caring, and I could see that they cared about their patients more than anything. We both were not insured and wanted a test within the day, we happened to call them and the person Hashir (Woodhills Lab) was ever so helpful and understanding, and personally made sure we got our results soon. I usually never write reviews, but Ameri Immunization was so exceptional that I wanted to do my best to make sure that everyone including friends and family know about them.

We had a family trip planned to Turks & Caicos where our niece was going to get proposed to by her boyfriend. You can imagine the anxiety we felt when we realized the day before our trip (on a Sunday nonetheless) that his covid test results (required for travel) had the wrong date. All labs were closed and we were told nothing could be done until Monday morning. Thank God we were able to get in contact with Hashir, who made sure he got the corrected results that same Sunday, and so he had his travel authorization ready for Monday morning. Our year planned sunset proposal in paradise was a success! Thank you guys for everything!

I went to this site for covid test on jan.24th, 2022 at 4.10 pm , and waited in line ,a lady came out of container after 10 minutes and asked me to park behind a single car in second lane , after another 5 minutes she hand over paper .she took people behind me and tested whereas i kept on waiting behind another car for at least 35 more minutes .finally she picked up her bag and left, after that i came out of my car and talk to a guy who apologized and took test. This is absolutely un ethical and unprofessional , This is my second time at this facility for covid test ,my first experience was totally opposite.

My husband and son went to a location in Webster, TX on Mon Aug 9th 10:30am. We were told they would have their results by Mon Aug 9th by midnight. Tue Aug 10th 6pm, still no results and only excuses. The are having to go to elsewhere to get another covid test to hopefully get results that we need desperately. If you cant deliver the results when you state they will come, then dont tell your patients that on Facebook to gain business.

My Friend Anum refered me to use this testing center, and I have used your services multiple times for myself and my extended family. Service was excellent and so time efficient. Hope you all do great in helping others! Thank you for your help during difficult times making our travels easier.

Needed my meningitis shot for school I waited last min everywhere else I had to schedule appointments , but they got me in the same day I was in and out , very welcoming and friendly staff I recommend. Thank you

Super bad service, they said no appointment needed but you certainly do because after 2 1/2 hours waiting they told us that they ran out of supplies and to comeback tomorrow like we have all the time to go back- this is my 3rd attempt trying to get tested with them with no success. Not mentioning that I was with my 70 year old mother who has Alzheimer and hyperactive bladder, they don’t offer bathroom to their patients (so keep that in mind if you have a similar case or kids!) my mother ended up peeing on her pants and having a panic attack after that - thanks to this trashy place! How unconsidered!! 😡😡😡Also I called when I was waiting to see if they still takin patients bc the lane was moving slow and the person was more lost than me and she just hung up on me!!!

I been having the same problem as everybody else, I keep calling after 3days, for my results, multiple times a day, and no answer, I understand that it may get busy but damn, we been dealing with this for 3 years now, how is it possible that essential places as this one are understaffed? Im not sure if I can go to school or not? Am I positive? Who knows, if anybody knows any other way to get ny results other from calling them please let me know.

I went to the Islamic Center of Frisco, TX for Covid-19 PCR test. Very nice professional people and great service. I was in and out in 5 min and got the report on the same day. Thank you

The single employee at the Frisco location was able to test multiple cars in a record time while being friendly in the cold. Results for family of 3 were texted same day PCR. Reliable and FREE.

Just filed a claim with the Texas Attorney General and now have to call my Insurance to let them know of this fraud. They test you and dont send the results. ITS A SCAM

Took a Covid test on Monday they said it would take 2 to 3 business days to get my results I called ThursdayJanuary 6 and they told me basically the computers are down and only the Houston area.They told me call back tomorrow but I’ve been callingThem straight to voicemail 0/10 would not recommend this place to nobody I never try to put a company or medical center down but I’m really disappointed 16times and went straight to voicemail mail

Horrible service Broadway/Belfort they are putting the wrong info on the paperwork spelling names wrong and then you have a hard time getting the results from the test. This is unexceptable. Just Horrible service.and we still waiting on one more result for my daughter. and the other one they spelled her name wrong. wow.

Was tested for Covid at the Ameri Lewisville site at 9:30 AM. Was told I would have the results not more than 24 hours. By 8:00 PM the following evening I had yet to receive the results. Terrible service.

Extremely kind staff, went out of their way to help me get my pregnancy TDAP vaccine on a short time frame.

Excellent service, got the covid RTPCT result within 7 hours and that too Free of cost even without Insurance. Caring is sharing. Helpful for stressfree Intl air travels etc. Appreciate Dr. Manzoor Kazi & his team. No other Labs/centres give result on the same day, without cost. Nobody at the Cedar Hills Location for the COVID test. Remove it from your website or at least do not allow people to book an online appointments at this location if nobody is there to perform the test.

Second time here and it’s always hours wait even when there are not even a lot of cars. At least the first time they had people that seem to know what they were doing and even then we never got one of our results back.

Had to wait longer than anticipated but that is to be expected. Once they got to me, it was quick and painless. Thank you to the staff for doing great work!

Scheduled an appointment for the clear lake location. It said to call, so I did and got a voicemail. Called again and got an answer to help me find the place. Nobody ever came out to assist me so I called back and got the voicemail again.Overall sketchy and a complete waste of time.

I contacted this place & they had an appointment for me the same day to get my boosters and immunizations I needed to attended school at Parker University here in Dallas! Great customer service and highly recommend to anyone needing any immunizations in a timely manner!

What is the purpose of making an appointment if you have to wait in line almost 2 hours to get a test. No organization what so ever and no one to talk to on the phones I wouldn’t recommend this place

I had appointment at 10:00 am on 13 th November got a conference email but no one opened the door or even answered my call very disappointed

Worst customer experience with them. I went to their walking in facility for Covid testing. They were not operating on first come and first serve basis. Their staff were not disciplined, and they lost track of the order of the customers .

They were very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They worked with my schedule and calmed me down when I was too worked up for the shots!

It’s been 48 hours and still have not gotten my results. I emailed them and email is coming back undeliverable and they NEVER answer the phone

I got tested august 27, was told I’d have my results within 24-48 hrs and still haven’t received anything 😡, I desperately need the test for my job and can’t seem to get in contact with anyone about it

Staff was quick, responsive and setup exactly what I needed for my traveling nurse. I will use them every time I need something done in that area for my travelers.

I am a EMR student and needed some vaccines and they took care of it for me.

I would even give zero stars. They gave me paper work and made me wait one and half hours to say we cannot do tests today. This is at golden circle location. Please avoid this place.
